Changing LTC Culture
The culture change movement is a re-thinking of the whole philosophy about long term care and the way such care is delivered. It includes an emphasis on resident-centered individualized care, resident choice, and also focuses on empowering the direct care worker who provides most of the hands-on care for residents.
